The Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our sales team as Trainee Sales Representatives. As a member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include assisting in generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, presenting, promoting, and selling products/services to existing and prospective clients, and working closely with senior sales agents to develop sales strategies and improve closing techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in generating leads and building relationships with potential customers

  • Gain in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients
  • Work closely with senior sales agents to develop sales strategies and improve closing techniques

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require passion for sales and business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation with a positive attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team, good time management and organisational skills, and no prior sales experience is required as full training will be provided.
