We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at memoryBlue. As an outsourced sales development agency, we help software companies identify, contact and book meetings with potential customers. Our ideal candidate will be fluent in German, have previous sales experience, and embody our core values of curiosity, accountability, conscientiousness, and resilience.

The successful candidate will place between 50-70 outbound calls to set appointments to initiate the sales process on behalf of our clients. They will also be responsible for account management, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and working to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals through the execution of lead generation activities.

Our top performers are rewarded for their hard work by receiving an invitation to the annual President's Club, where they can enjoy trips to sunny destinations like Rhodes and Cancun.
