Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at Realise Recruitment in Glasgow. This is a challenging role that requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and work independently.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in telesales lead generation or outbound B2B sales, with experience of selling IT or telecoms solutions. However, we are open to considering candidates from other sectors who can demonstrate their ability to adapt to new products and services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual to develop their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities and setting appointments for our field sales colleagues to attend. On top of a starting basic salary of up to £28,000, there is also an excellent commission structure in place that will enable you to increase your earnings above your basic wage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop new sales opportunities through telesales lead generation and outbound B2B sales.
  • To set appointments for our field sales colleagues to attend, ensuring that they have the best chance of converting leads into sales.
  • To maintain accurate records of sales interactions and progress, providing regular updates to management.
