Regional Business Development Manager

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Representing the brand and managing the full sales cycle, including new product launches, presentations, and training customers.
- Developing a sales strategy in line with the Regional Business Manager to hit targets.
- Understanding products, business opportunities, customer needs, market trends, and competitor practices.
- Building long-term relationships with key opinion leaders in the region.
- Acting as a brand ambassador and attending relevant conferences, congresses, and trade fairs.
- Working cross-functionally with the marketing and medical departments.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Medical sales experience, ideally in wound care or healthcare specialising in wound care.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills, working with the line manager to find innovative approaches to resolve situations and develop turnover.
- A full valid driving license.
- Eligibility documentation to work in the UK.
