Key responsibilities of the role include:

  1. Representing the brand and managing the full sales cycle, including new product launches, presentations, and training customers.
  2. Developing a sales strategy in line with the Regional Business Manager to hit targets.
  3. Understanding products, business opportunities, customer needs, market trends, and competitor practices.
  4. Building long-term relationships with key opinion leaders in the region.
  5. Acting as a brand ambassador and attending relevant conferences, congresses, and trade fairs.
  6. Working cross-functionally with the marketing and medical departments.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Medical sales experience, ideally in wound care or healthcare specialising in wound care.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills, working with the line manager to find innovative approaches to resolve situations and develop turnover.
  • A full valid driving license.
  • Eligibility documentation to work in the UK.
