Regional Business Development Director

As Regional Business Development Director, you will play a critical role in driving this purpose forward by building and developing our user base through strategic partnerships with advisory firms.

This exciting role requires a highly driven individual with a proven track record in developing successful sales relationships and the ability to negotiate at senior/board level. You will be responsible for recruiting new advisory firms from designated target segments, planning and identifying activity to deliver targets, and accelerating inflows for new firms by fostering exceptional relationships with business owners.

Key to this role is your ability to utilise data to inform decision making and develop sales strategies. You will be responsible for delivering regular and ad hoc reporting on the performance of the regional franchise, opportunities and outlook for the marketplace, and identifying relevant MI to support and grow business plans in line with Strategic & Financial Targets.

As a leader, you will be responsible for setting exceptional standards, taking accountability for success & failure, and driving success through motivating, inspiring and holding others to account. You will also be responsible for developing and agreeing strategies and plans for panel of target accounts and delivering sign up & volume in line with Nucleus Uplift targets.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Business Development to deliver through rolling Quarterly Activity Objectives and to identify, stimulate & capture interest with prospect accounts with a view to developing a sales pipeline through targeted conversations, utilising personalised outreach to build and nurture relationships with a key objective of Nucleus adoption and usage.
