About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Regional Business Development Director to join our team at Nucleus Financial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and developing our user base through strong relationships with advisory firms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit new advisory firms within Scotland and Northern Ireland, and work with existing relationships to establish strong partnerships.
  • Develop and agree strategies and plans for panel of target accounts, and deliver sign up and volume in line with Nucleus Uplift targets.
  • Identify relevant MI to support and grow business plans in line with strategic and financial targets, and take action to develop skills and knowledge in Nucleus Proposition and marketplace.
  • Establish priority accounts and consider time spend vs value.
  • Agree and deliver appropriate activity levels to deliver conversion rate and sales velocity.
  • Ensure collaboration and development of target partner accounts within franchise with BDMs to release resource capacity.
  • Support strategic business plans between Nucleus and partner accounts through proactive, responsive, and authentic engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience in the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of the UK platform market and various execution models.
  • Proven track record in developing successful sales relationships and applying knowledge in the execution of a sales process.
  • Ability to negotiate at senior/board level, with the ability to gain agreement and commitment.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to utilise data to inform decision making and develop sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present credible solutions to advisory firms.
