Key Responsibilities:- Drive Regional Sector Growth: Align with our national strategy to drive regional sector growth, leveraging your expertise to secure major projects and expand our presence in the Healthcare sector.
- Collaborate on Market Insights: Work closely with our team to deliver strategic regional plans, identifying market trends and opportunities to drive business growth.
- Lead Business Development Efforts: Manage bids, deliver thought leadership in the sector, and set and achieve financial and operational targets, including revenue growth and talent development.
- Represent the Agency: Engage with new clients, raise our profile, and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery, sharing best practices across the region.
- A well-established network within the Healthcare sector, with a proven track record in securing major projects.
- Experience leading multi-discipline teams and driving large-scale initiatives.
- Strategic vision and strong leadership skills to inspire and develop teams.
- Relevant qualifications (RICS or similar) are highly desirable.
