Transformative Leadership Opportunity: Regional Director Healthcare - Project Services

iO Associates is seeking a visionary leader to drive growth and innovation in the Healthcare sector. As Regional Director, you will lead high-profile projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and set new standards in the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sector growth strategies aligned with the national agenda.
  • Collaborate on market insights and deliver strategic regional plans to drive business development.
  • Lead business development efforts, manage bids, and deliver thought leadership in the Healthcare sector.
  • Set and achieve financial and operational targets, including revenue growth and talent development.
  • Represent iO Associates at industry events, engaging new clients and raising the company's profile.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in service delivery, sharing best practices across the region.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A well-established network within the Healthcare sector and a proven track record in securing major projects.
  • Experience leading multi-discipline teams and driving large-scale initiatives.
  • Strategic vision and strong leadership skills to inspire and develop teams.
  • Relevant qualifications (RICS or similar) are highly desirable.
