Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cost management teams on major healthcare projects and nationally significant programmes.
  • Collaborate with clients and design teams to forge strong relationships.
  • Set quality standards and manage performance across project delivery.
  • Coach and mentor the team, fostering a learning environment.
  • Understand market trends and develop innovative solutions.
  • Optimize cost performance using digital tools and apps.
  • Analyze budgets using benchmarking data.
  • Inform clients on future cost trends.
  • Advise on procurement and contract strategies.
Requirements:
  • Degree or HNC level qualification.
  • Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
  • Leadership experience in property and real estate, ideally in Healthcare and/or Life Sciences.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management services.
