Job Title: Associate / Project Director (Healthcare) - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Associate/Project Director to join our growing Healthcare team in Glasgow. Our team delivers nationally significant transformative projects and programmes, including the International Children's Eye Centre at Moorfields and the Alder Hey in the Park Children's Hospital-Acute.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a cost management team on major healthcare projects and nationally significant programmes.
  • Set the standard for quality and manage performance across project delivery.
  • Utilize our bespoke digital cost management tools to optimize cost performance.
  • Analyze and test budgets using our Benchmarking app.
  • Inform clients of future cost trends using our Hive digital applications.
  • Advise clients on procurement and contract strategies.
Requirements:
  • Degree or HNC level qualification.
  • Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
  • Leadership experience within the property and real estate sector, ideally Healthcare and/or Life Sciences.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services.
