As a Regional Partner Development Manager at Allen Recruitment, you will play a key role in building and managing key relationships with System Integrators, Managed Service Providers, and Professional Installers. This is an exciting opportunity to lead partner-driven growth across Scotland with a global leader in networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, nurture, and manage partnerships with System Integrators, Managed Service Providers, and Professional Installers to drive growth in targeted verticals
  • Educate partners and customers on the client's range of networking solutions, including Business WiFi, Managed Switching, Routing, and CCTV security products
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand the client's presence in key markets

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in IT product sales, focusing on partnership development involving System Integrators, Managed Service Providers, or Professional Installers
  • Experience in networking is a plus
  • Familiarity with verticals such as Public Sector, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Unified Communications, MDU, CCTV Security, and Retail
  • Must hold a full UK driving license and be willing to travel across Scotland and occasionally nationwide, including overnight stays
