This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Strategic Business Development Lead and drive impactful results. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will confidently discuss campaign activities, offer valuable advice, and provide exceptional service.
You will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding campaigns and uncover new opportunities for growth. Be part of a dynamic and creative team passionate about delivering exceptional results.

This is a remote role with some hybrid work expectations (locations between South of Glasgow and Stewarton). Specific hybrid expectations will be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clients Management: Develop and nurture positive working relationships with all client contacts. Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and satisfaction. Understand client needs, anticipate them, and identify new business opportunities.
- Campaign Oversight: Lead the development of digital and communications strategies. Manage multiple client accounts with expertise and efficiency. Provide clear and detailed briefings to ensure tactical activities are delivered smoothly. Utilize technical tools and data to manage campaigns and exceed expectations.
- Collaboration & Communication: Clearly communicate progress and insights to internal and external stakeholders. Prepare comprehensive campaign reports with detailed analysis and research.
- Business Development: Support new business pitches and proposal development.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive, Account Manager, Marketing Manager, or a similar role. Ideally, experience in an agency setting or managing multiple brands in-house.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.
- Outstanding writing skills and keen attention to detail.
- Comprehensive knowledge of communications and marketing services.
- Excellent listening and presentation skills.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
