Sales Executive opportunity in Edinburgh, UK

Type: Self-employed with flexible hours

The Role

We seek ambitious, entrepreneurial recruitment consultants to build their own business and client bank on a self-employed basis.

You will have your own designated territory with no competition from another consultant.

You'll do your own marketing and prospecting in your territory, but once the sale is made, your job is finished.

The Model

We help businesses recruit at a fraction of the traditional agency cost.

We offer three packages ranging from £595 to £990 per campaign.

Clients can choose from DIY to fully managed and supported campaigns.

How We Help Businesses

Our system identifies unsuitable candidates without CV sifting, saving time and effort.

It identifies the best talent using personality assessment and behavioural profiling.

Applicants can leave a short video preview of themselves.

For the fully managed service, we organise interviews for clients.

Our testing is proven to predict candidate success in a role.

This gives our clients the best chance of finding the right person for the job.

Requirements

A self-starter with proven sales ability.

Experience in recruitment is an advantage.
