- Building and maintaining effective relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- A proven track record in business development or sales leadership roles, preferably within the construction materials sector.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a focus on collaboration and results.
£75,000 - £90,000 per annum plus bonus (up to 45% of salary), company car, and benefits package.
