**Opportunity Summary**

We are recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to join our client's commercial and industrial sales department.

This role involves travelling to meet customers and visit sites across the North of England and Southern parts of Scotland, including Lancashire, North Yorkshire, Cumbria, the North-East, and Edinburgh.

You will need to have a strong background within the HVAC sales sector, ideally from a pumps background, and understanding of pumping systems such as cold-water booster sets, circulation pumps, and pressurisation units.

**Responsibilities and Requirements:**

  • Winning end-to-end projects for the commercial and industrial department
  • Meeting with contractors, distributors, and end users on sites
  • Previous track record of building client relationships within the HVAC and construction sector

**Compensation Package**

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £50,000-£55,000, negotiable depending on experience, plus a bonus structure for both company and personal sales performances.

A company car is provided, with hybrid and fully electric options available. Other benefits include 33 days holiday (25 + Bank Holidays), BUPA healthcare plan, early finishes on Fridays, and a competitive pension plan.
