Job Description

The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all revenue-related systems
  2. Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  3. Managing and maintaining Salesforce, configuring and customizing it to meet business needs, troubleshooting and resolving issues
  4. Oversighting data quality and accuracy within Salesforce, developing and maintaining custom reports and dashboards
  5. Working across revenue teams and enablement to ensure they have the necessary data
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, working across commercial teams as opposed to just Sales
  • Ownership of Salesforce, accountable for the system, making decisions on how to improve it, what to prioritize, being the point of escalation for anything Salesforce related
  • Advanced user of Salesforce CRM, including certification, expertise in flows, and proven experience in administration, configuration, customization, automation, and support
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, flexible working arrangements, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, a healthcare cash plan, employee assistance program, income protection, life assurance, pension scheme, and enhanced parental leave package.
