As an Accounting Professional, you will be responsible for the following tasks: maintaining and checking office and client ledgers, performing bank reconciliations, reconciling bank statements and petty cash against invoices, working with the HR Director and external accountants to process staff salaries, and maintaining internal systems of control.
You will also be responsible for producing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, working with the Finance Director and external accountants to submit quarterly and year-end VAT returns, and monitoring Purchase Ledger and liaising with the HR Director to check payments.
