**Job Role:** Office Manager - Finance Department

**Estimated Salary:** £32,000 - £40,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our finance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain and check office and client ledgers
  • Ensure Solicitor Accounting Rules compliance
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Reconcile bank statements and petty cash
  • Manage financial obligations and monitor Purchase Ledger

The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Director to develop and implement financial strategies. They will also lead a team of finance professionals and provide guidance and support on accounting procedures and compliance matters.

**Requirements:**

  • 5 years experience in finance and leadership
  • Proven track record of leading a team and developing financial strategies
  • Proficient with accounting software
