Office Ledger Manager

We are looking for a skilled Office Ledger Manager to join our finance team at Quest Employment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in legal accounting to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office and client ledgers, ensuring compliance with legal accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and produce financial reports for senior directors.
• Support VAT returns and ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial tasks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR and external accountants, to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Provide guidance on accounting procedures and maintain the highest level of professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Solicitor Accounting Rules and experience in legal accounting is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
