**Job Title:** Financial Operations Coordinator

**Estimated Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our finance department as a Financial Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting procedures, be proficient with accounting software, and have excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain and check office and client ledgers
  • Ensure Solicitor Accounting Rules compliance
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Reconcile bank statements and petty cash

The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Director to deliver the company's accounting processes. They will also support colleagues with training on accounting procedures and participate in training and development programs.

**Requirements:**

  • 2 years experience as an accounts clerk
  • Good working history of accounting procedures
  • Proficient with accounting software
