Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an HR Administrator in the Leisure, Travel and Tourism sector. An estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new employees.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and implementing performance management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
- Participate in organising company-wide events and initiatives.
To be successful, you will require:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Relevant experience in an HR role, preferably within the Leisure, Travel and Tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
