**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Operations Coordinator to join our team at Hirebridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Operations and Human Resources departments in ensuring the seamless operation of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-Verify Program Administration: Administer the E-Verify program, validating applicable employees and following up on expired work authorizations or tentative non-confirmations.
  • HR Support: Respond promptly to HR-related calls, emails, and correspondence, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Administrative Tasks: Organize and prioritize incoming materials, prepare reports and confidential correspondence, and maintain HR-related information.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and company events, ensuring appropriate resources and hospitality services are available.
  • File Management: Maintain HR records and ensure proper filing of correspondence.
  • Project Support: Assist in various HR projects as needed.

About the Role:

This is a key role that requires a detail-oriented professional with a passion for HR and operations support. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Conversant in Spanish a plus.
  • $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
