Job Title: Administrative Operations Coordinator

The Sinclair organization is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to oversee key administrative functions and ensure smooth office operations. This role is responsible for managing travel bookings and compliance, providing logistical support to senior leadership, and maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee domestic and international travel bookings
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies
  • Develop and enforce travel guidelines
  • Monitor and review travel expenses

Key Areas of Focus:
  • Office Administration & Facility Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage office utilities, supplies, and facility maintenance, maintain stock levels of office supplies and equipment
  • Financial & Procurement Support: Process payments related to office supplies, travel, and utilities, collaborate with the finance department to track office expenses
  • General Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior leaders, coordinate and support external visitors, support other departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks

What We Offer:
  • $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
