Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to handle various administrative and operational tasks, working closely with the Managing Director and HR Advisor. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing office supplies, facilities, and maintenance, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Assisting with HR-related tasks, such as contracts, offers, recruitment paperwork, and updating HRIS systems.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including senior staff members and building management companies, to maintain accurate documentation and resolve issues promptly.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and supporting colleagues in their roles.
  • Coordinating events, promotions, and internal communications to enhance employee engagement.
What We Offer

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, estimated at £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. They will also enjoy a range of benefits, including pension scheme contributions, employee referral programmes, and generous holiday entitlements.
