Job Overview:

Kenton Black Ltd seeks an Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Chester. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in payroll processing, specifically with pension auto enrolment, RTI/HMRC procedures.


About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a diligent and skilled individual to oversee office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. As Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for coordinating daily and weekly tasks, including payroll processing via Brightpay.


Key Duties:
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Coordinate payroll workflow daily and accounts workflow weekly, stepping in to support the payroll team as needed
  • Process and manage Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly payrolls via Brightpay
  • Deliver timely payroll reports and updates to clients
  • Liaise with HMRC regarding queries and RTI
  • Process SMP, SSP, BACS transactions
  • Demonstrate expertise in pensions Auto enrolment procedures
  • Process starters/leavers, P45/P46 documents
  • Establish new client relationships
  • Engage in regular client interaction
  • Resolve queries from outsourcing partners and clients
  • Schedule staff training and development programs
  • Enhance workflow documentation and office procedures
  • Maintain accurate records with sensitive personnel and financial information
  • Support HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Regularly review client fees and staff timesheets
  • Upload sales and marketing materials to social media monthly
  • Monitor office operations and recommend improvements
  • Renew business insurances
  • Undertake additional administrative tasks as required
