About the Job

The Seasonal Operations Coordinator role is an excellent opportunity to work with County of Plumas at Rogers Field Airport. This position involves a range of responsibilities including operating and maintaining airport facilities, supporting customers, and performing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Operate and maintain equipment such as a Jet-A fuel truck.
  2. Handle customer inquiries and provide helpful information.
  3. Keep airport facilities clean and well-maintained.
  4. Support airport staff with administrative tasks.
  5. Report directly to the Airport Manager for guidance.
  6. Use personal vehicle for work purposes, requiring a valid California State Driver's License.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office applications.

Compensation: $19-$23 per hour, depending on experience.
