Job Summary
We are seeking a Site Operations Coordinator for our Chester depot to provide vital support with HR and site administration.
About the Role
This is a varied role that requires providing administrative support to the site in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist with HR activities, including employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining accurate personnel records;
- Provide administrative support to the site management team, including preparing reports, managing budgets, and coordinating meetings;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations;
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the site manager.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of HR principles and practices;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information;
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
