Job Title: Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Vital Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning and arrangement of service schedules for field Service and Electrical Engineers throughout the country.
  • React to reported faults to resolve them as soon as possible by deploying engineers.
  • Liaise with the Networks Team to resolve EV charging issues remotely where possible.
  • Coordinate emergency call-out repair work, taking as much detail as possible and organizing the deployment of engineers to site.
  • Manage the accurate and efficient data entry of our field management software (scheduling tool).
  • Assist the operations team in overcoming any service delivery challenges.
  • Organize, file, and distribute all relevant service documentation, including management of Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  • Perform general administration duties, including asset/equipment management and supporting the parts ordering process when required.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal business processes to ensure that the service provided is always at the highest possible standard.
  • Work in line with the wider business values, goals, and objectives.
  • Work with your manager on your own personal development to seek opportunities for career development within the business.
Requirements:
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office (predominantly Word and Excel).
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and willing to work a rotational shift between 8am and 6pm.
