Electrical Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to lead our electrical operations in Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of electrical projects, managing site resources, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate electrical site operations to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Supervise and train electrical site staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any safety or quality issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical site management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
