Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Anchor Group Services. As an integral part of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

You will work closely with our HR team to provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating events
  • Manage mail and emails, ensuring timely distribution and dispatch
  • Coordinate the ordering and distribution of uniforms for new staff and process requests for replacement items
  • Handle portal-related employee queries and ensure all requests are processed accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and hard copy, and ensure compliance with document retention policies
  • Oversee the DocuSign account, ensuring electronic document workflows are managed effectively
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and assisting with ad-hoc projects
  • Process invoices, ensuring timely approval and payment, and liaise with external suppliers to maintain service levels

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload effectively. You will also have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, and experience in maintaining manual and computerised filing systems. Additionally, you will be able to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with GDPR requirements.
