We are seeking an experienced Human Factors Specialist to join our team in the UK. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with various commercial aircraft and contribute to optimizing human working conditions.

Job Summary

This position involves collaborating with design engineering, operations, and health & safety teams to improve system performance and ergonomics in manufacturing tooling and processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ergonomic work analysis of Assembly/Installation activities to identify areas for improvement
  • Conducting risk assessments and proposing solutions to mitigate work-related ergonomic hazards
  • Applying national laws, regulations, and standards related to Human Factors and Ergonomics in daily decision-making
  • Supporting Human Factors improvement projects with various stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree (or higher) in Ergonomics/Human Factors from an accredited CIEHF higher education body.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive estimated salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as flexible hourly rates via an umbrella company. Our team is committed to providing a supportive environment that fosters growth and development.
