About the Role

**Estimated Salary:** £40,000 - £60,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Ergonomist to join our team in Broughton. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive change and influence human working conditions within a leading defence client's manufacturing facility.

The Ergonomics team plays a crucial role in optimising system performance and overall working conditions for both existing and new manufacturing tooling and processes. As an Ergonomist, you will work closely with operations, design engineering, and health & safety teams to identify and address ergonomic risks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing ergonomics work analysis of Assembly/Installation activities
  • Providing recommendations to address ergonomic associated risk factors
  • Supporting the development of action plans aligned with the industrial strategy and future evolutions
  • Contributing to the definition of specifications and subcontractor piloting for Ergonomics related outsourced work packages
