Key Responsibilities

As a highly motivated Experience Champion and Workplace Facilitator, you'll be responsible for creating a culture of community well-being, supporting and guiding colleagues through the challenges and opportunities of the new workplace environment.

You'll build relationships with key stakeholders, encourage interaction between colleagues and workplace teams, and take ownership of meeting rooms, including in-room technology and troubleshooting.

Additionally, you'll establish relationships with key stakeholders across the workplace teams, become an effective bridge point between business units, local/regional CRE, and client end-user colleagues, and support orientation of new staff and staff visiting from other offices.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
