Customer Experience Associate

About the Role:
- Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points
- Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, and selling opportunities
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations
- Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- High levels of customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Digital capability and willingness to learn new technologies
Working Hours and Salary:
This part-time role is contracted to 16 hours per week, with early morning shifts and peak vacation periods. The estimated salary for this position is £12.00 per hour, with an additional hourly unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for any hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00.
