We are seeking a highly customer-focused and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator. This role involves coordinating customer events, managing customer relationships, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Customer Experience Coordinator Responsibilities- Coordinate customer events, such as trunk shows and special promotions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding promptly to their needs and preferences
- Maintain a positive store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' retail experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
