Our client, a leading accident and repair management business, is seeking a Customer Service professional to join their team. As a specialist in the industry, our client works with insurers, brokers, corporate fleets, motor manufacturers, and third-party claim administrators. Our client strives to provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving, adhering to strict service level agreements and timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end claims repair cases, providing updates to customers regarding the status of their repairs.
- Coordinate with fleet work providers, clients, and repairers to ensure smooth and efficient repair processes.
- Research and select suitable repairers from a vast network based on specific repair needs.
- Update and maintain a bespoke case management system with detailed progress reports.
- Liaise with insurers and engineers to address liability queries and recover costs.
- Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
