Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Data Entry and Patient Navigator to join our team at CVS Health. As a key member of our retail healthcare team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and coordinating patient care.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail healthcare environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Data Entry and Patient Navigator, you will be responsible for managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and providing navigation support to patients. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will make you an asset to our team.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, customer service, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong computer, data entry, and typing skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Experience in a doctor's office or coordination of care is advantageous
