As a Meeting Services Coordinator, you will be part of our team that provides world-class services and technology to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all meetings run smoothly and efficiently, from setup to completion. This includes greeting and assisting meeting attendees, providing directions, and addressing any immediate needs. Additionally, you will provide technical support for virtual and hybrid meetings, including video conferencing setup, and maintain inventory of meeting supplies and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook for scheduling.
  • Familiarity with audiovisual equipment and video conferencing platforms.
  • Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
