We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Facilities Cleaning Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of cleaning services across multiple sites.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Supervising and coordinating the work of cleaning staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards;
  • Inspecting designated areas to ensure they are cleaned and maintained according to company standards;
  • Training new cleaning staff members on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols;
  • Maintaining accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and supplies;
  • Ordering cleaning supplies and equipment as needed;
  • Conducting regular quality control inspections to ensure adherence to company standards;
  • Addressing any issues or complaints regarding cleaning services promptly and effectively;

As a successful candidate, you will have a strong background in facilities management, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary of £21,840 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Please note that this role may require occasional weekend work and flexibility in scheduling. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including use of a company vehicle and fuel card.
