Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal training sessions, focusing on health and safety procedures, fire marshals, first aiders, and PAT testing.
  • Liaise with facility management companies, cleaning services, pest control, and soft service maintenance providers.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Advisor, including contract preparation, offer letters, and recruitment processes.
  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies to engage employees and promote company initiatives.
Requirements and Benefits

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent organisational skills, a strong understanding of MS office applications, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. You will receive a competitive salary, estimated at £26,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
