Role Overview

We are seeking a Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. This role will involve supporting our hospitality clients with compliance and facilities management, ensuring statutory requirements are met.

The successful candidate will have experience in property compliance and facilities management, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with contractors and colleagues.

About the Role

  • Assisting with reporting on statutory compliance databases within Ostara as required
  • Supporting the interface with Ostara, loading and auditing certification in the Property Management System
  • Monitoring and reviewing specialist contractors in relation to agreed KPIs & SLAs

Requirements

  • Experience in property compliance and facilities management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with contractors and colleagues
  • Positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills

What We Offer

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable hospitality company, offering a salary of £33,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role is hybrid, with 2-3 days spent in the office each week.
