Job Description
The Orchards is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and Communication: Welcome visitors, answer phone calls, and communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and staff.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping.
- Maintenance of Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all records and residents' information.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; office skills training and experience preferred.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in integrated general ledger accounting software, email software, spreadsheet, and word processing software packages.
