Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team in the North West region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling complex queries, and resolving issues efficiently.

The role offers a competitive salary of £22,500 - £24,000 per annum, plus benefits including 22 days' holiday (rising to 25) and a company pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer service enquiries via phone and email
  • Escalate queries to specialist teams where necessary
  • Provide resolutions and additional information to customers
  • Administer amendments to bookings and extras at the customer's request

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a customer service role
  • Travel Industry or Holiday Industry Experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer Literacy
  • Customer Care and complaint management experience
