The Trainer will be an integral part of our team, responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning experiences for our employees.

This role will involve creating and implementing training programs to support induction, sales, customer services, and operational learning solutions.

We promote a culture of continuous improvement, and this role will require providing learning solutions for both existing staff and new inductees.

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilitator/trainer roles, preferably in sales-based industries, with up-to-date knowledge of learning theory and learner experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the business to ensure alignment on priorities for learning requirements
  • Enhance training solutions and support evolving design and facilitating delivery
  • Upskill yourself on Global learning solutions
  • Deliver classroom-based and virtual training
  • Design learning within business areas utilizing Global Learning standards
  • Evaluate the success of learning solutions and report on evaluation results
  • Continuously improve learning solutions within the business area
  • Support design and implementation of learning toolkit to support learning delivery and embedding
