Workplace Ambassador Specialist

With a focus on productivity, collaboration, and well-being, your primary responsibility will be to provide an exceptional customer experience to our client colleagues. This involves taking ownership of all services supporting colleagues within the workplace, building relationships with key stakeholders, and encouraging interaction between colleagues and workplace teams.
You'll be the custodian of the workplace experience, promoting a community feel within the workplace environment while overseeing various facilities, including offices, collaboration areas, break-out spaces, meeting rooms, and communal areas.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and possess a customer-centric approach. You'll work closely with the Facilities Management team to respond to internal workplace issues, oversee locker management, and undertake headcount analysis to understand key peak periods and behaviors in the workplace.
In exchange for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
