We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Waiting Team Member at Alvaston Hall. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. You will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure that all guests receive the highest level of service from the moment they arrive until they depart.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and food and drink, which will enable you to progress in your career within our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests feel valued and cared for
  • Working collaboratively with the Food and Beverage Manager to deliver high-quality service
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensuring that all health and safety procedures are followed
  • Contributing to the overall success of the Hospitality department
