We are seeking an Risk Management Specialist to partner with our client, a leading financial institution united in their purpose to make financial lives better through connections. The successful candidate will join the Currency, Commodities, & Derivatives Operations (CCDO) team in Chester on an initial contract with a high likelihood of extension. This hybrid role involves working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, Monday to Friday.

As a first line of defence team, you will be responsible for identifying, quantifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks across the CCDO functions. Your primary focus will be on operational excellence and sustainable solutions, ensuring compliance with the enterprise Risk Framework. You will work closely with senior leaders to strengthen the control environment, improve control culture and practices, and promote robust risk management principles throughout the organization.
