Job Description

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum

We're seeking a talented Supply Chain Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain management team, you'll lead the supply chain maturity journey of both United Living and our suppliers through regular and early engagement. This role involves developing and leading a strategy to reduce costs, create efficiencies, and increase mutual value.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client and business needs are fully understood and met.
  • Engaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies.
  • Leading high-level engagement with strategic suppliers through B2B meetings, mutual value objectives, and joint business plans.
  • Facilitating value opportunities for United Living from trend analysis, competitor analysis, and review of the 'Voice of the Supplier' survey.

As a Supply Chain Transformation Leader, you'll be responsible for driving continuous improvement and developing people. You'll need to have advanced knowledge of procurement and strategic sourcing concepts and methodologies, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of creativity and improving ways of working.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Results-oriented experience of achieving the best-balanced outcome against project or business demand.
  • MCIPS Chartered or equivalent experience in procurement or strategic sourcing focused roles in senior complex organisations.
  • A proactive change leader, focused on continuous improvement and developing people.
