Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide expert advice on genetics and supply chain options available to customers.
  • Manage and lead open days and farm visits to engage with stakeholders, promoting Cogent Beef on dairy programme.
  • Collaborate with the Beef Programme Manager and technical development team on beef-related projects.
  • Work closely with external stakeholders to promote and coordinate the Cogent Beef on dairy programme.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and market trends for Beef on dairy requirements.
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge on breeding information for literature, websites, and monthly product communications.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to create strategies promoting the supply chain.
  • Drive growth and development of the beef supply chain.
  • Attend shows and events, engaging with potential partnering farms.
