About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Facilitator to join our team at a reputable school in Chester. As a Learning Support Facilitator, you will play a vital role in supporting the teacher and helping students with their educational development.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students. You will have the chance to work closely with the pupil and teacher to provide individualized support and help the child achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient demeanor, and the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents. They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.

We can offer you:
• A competitive salary range of £85-100 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
• Full-time position, 8:30-15:30, Monday to Friday
• Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment
• Right to work in the UK required

Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting the teacher in delivering lessons and providing individualized support to students
• Helping students with their educational development and achieving their full potential
• Building strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents
• Adapting to changing situations and priorities
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to relevant parties

Salary Range: £85-100 per day
